Educational Qualification:
| (1) B.E/ B.Tech. or equivalent in Civil Engineering for JTO (Civil) & in Electrical Engineering for JTO (Electrical) from a recognized Institution/University. |
| (2) Candidates are required to appear in GATE exam 2019, opting one paper from selected two disciplines of GATE paper codes i.e. Electrical (EE) & Civil (CE). |
| (3) All the willing candidates must have a GATE Registration ID (13 digits) for applying for DR-JTO(Civil) & DR-JTO (Electrical) online Registration. |
Selection Process: The JTO (Civil) & JTO (Electrical) is a Circle-based Cadre and the candidates would be selected against the vacancies of a particular Circle. The Selection will be based on GATE Score - 2019 and Merit List.
Examination Fee: ₹ 1000/- for OBC, ₹ 500/- for SC / ST Candidates. The fee shall be paid through online mode using Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card only.
How to Apply: Eligible Interested candidates are required to register Online application through BSNL Recruitment Portal from 11th February 2019. The last date for registration of online applications is 12/03/2019.
